  • Down to Earth --- A free monthly newsletter sharing local information about holistically-healthy living for self and community.
     
  • Collaborator with Harvest Cycle, a bicycle delivery service of fresh, locally-grown organic produce from Jessica’s Stand Organic Farm in collaboration with the Alliance for Responsible Transportation.
     
  • Founder & Coordinator of Potluck in the Park, a free community dinner of (mostly) fresh, locally-grown organic vegetarian food on Mondays evenings 5-7pm in Gillespie Park in collaboration with the Mad Farmer Liberation Front & Food Not Bombs 
     
  • Free one-hour holistic health consultations
     
  • Sliding-scale workshops such as Local Food Shopping Tour, Living Fullys Food Preparation and Natural Allies: Herbs and Super-Foods 
 

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Julia Onnie-Hay is a professional student of holistic nutrition with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition affiliated with Teachers College of Columbia University in New York City. She will be licensed by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners in June 2008 as a holistic health counselor (HHC). Julia also holds a B.A. in cultural anthropology from New College of Florida and has studied Amazonian shamanistic healing arts as an apprentice to the shaman Don Juan Tangoa Paima in Peru. She specializes in facilitating healing and evolution through diet and lifestyle changes that are aligned with sustainable (green) living.
